ABOUT ME

I was born in Massachusetts and grew up in North Carolina and Virginia, before returning to Massachusetts. I am a proud first generation college student. I have a bachelors in psychology and in women and gender studies from Clark University. I graduated Magna cum laude, with honors in psychology, as a member of the Psi Chi psychology honors society. I am currently obtaining my masters in public relations and corporate communications from Georgetown University.

I spent nearly a decade working in the human services field, most of which I spent working as a clinician. During that time I learned the power and need for human connections. I have sense transitioned into IT and data positions where I learned the power of storytelling.

I love all forms of art, attending live music, spirituality, astrology, hiking, swimming, long drives, road trips, urbex, and any adventures in between.

What motivates me is building human connections, and my passion is for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and advocating for marginalized identities. I myself identify as a queer person and I have lived experience with mental and chronic illnesses.

My vibe is: deep reds, fall, black cats, black panthers, a velvet settee, pumpkin bread with cayenne and a lil frosting, calm weather that's foggy and misty, twilight and dusk, the smell of fresh brewed coffee and musty paper, and the type of laughter that fills a room.
